At Elite Care Assisted Living in Lakeland, we offer:
Let’s talk about the care you or your loved one deserves.

Elite Care Assisted Living Facility is one of the licensed senior living services in Florida regulated by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)—License #14006—which sets and enforces the state’s standards for assisted living communities, covering staff training and background screening, resident care planning, medication management, life safety and building codes, and regular unannounced inspections.
AHCA publishes inspection reports and licensing status for every facility in the state, so families can verify a community’s record before moving in. Verify our facility’s current license and inspection history directly through AHCA’s Florida Health Finder tool. We’re glad to have families check—it’s part of how we hold ourselves accountable.
Florida’s Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-Term Care (SMMC-LTC) program can cover assisted living services like personal care and medication management for eligible seniors. It does not cover room and board, and the program has a waitlist. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Elite Care serves 11 Central Florida counties from our licensed Lakeland facility: Polk, Hillsborough, Pasco, Lake, Orange, Sumter, Osceola, Highlands, Hardee, DeSoto, and Okeechobee.
