Lamar Ambersley is the Co-Owner and Administrator of Elite Care Assisted Living Facility, bringing over a decade of healthcare experience combined with a passion for leadership and service. A former law enforcement officer with five years of dedicated service, Lamar currently serves his community as a firefighter and holds a degree in Emergency Medical Services. Born and raised in Jamaica, Lamar’s journey from humble beginnings has shaped his deep-rooted values of compassion, hard work, and perseverance. His entrepreneurial spirit is backed by multiple business ventures, all grounded in his commitment to helping others and improving lives. These principles have guided him through every chapter of his life—from public safety to business ownership—and ultimately inspired him to co-found Elite Care. Witnessing firsthand the gaps in senior care and the challenges families face, Lamar was moved to create a facility that provides compassionate, high-quality, and personalized support to those who need it most. Elite Care was born out of his desire to not only serve but to uplift—to ensure that every resident feels safe, respected, and truly cared for in a place they can call home. As a husband and proud father, Lamar finds balance between family, career, and personal growth. He enjoys reading, traveling, sports, and exploring new business opportunities that align with his mission of care, trust, and excellence.
